By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

By placing an online order with us, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete in all respects.
Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare is a British company and as such all of our prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Payment
You may pay using any of the methods specified in the payment section of the site. You confirm that the Stripe account, PayPal account, credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you, only upon delivery to you.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See delivery section of the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy and Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare.
Delivery & Returns Policy
UK Delivery Only
Products ordered and paid for Monday to Friday should be despatched within 2 business days, and delivered in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. In certain circumstances they can take up to 7 days but you will be informed via email. Products ordered Saturday and Sunday should be despatched on the following Monday. We ship all orders through Royal Mail so please look out for the note if you are out.
After leaving our Tigs & Moo Natural skincare kitchen, Royal Mail typically delivers to you in 3-5 business days. We are happy to help you if you require faster delivery, please contact us to make special arrangements.
European and International Deliveries

International Shipping
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that orders for Europe can take 3-5 working days and sometimes longer. For New Zealand & Australia 5-10 working days or longer to arrive. After they are shipped all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so that we sort it out for you. We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.
Please keep in mind that our Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are MADE, not OPENED.
*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item, please contact us immediately at info@tigsandmoo.com
We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancelations, Returns & Refunds
- You the Customer have the legal right to cancel your contract and therefore your order with us from the date that we have confirmed your order is on its way.
- We will happily offer a replacement or a credit note for certain circumstances within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email with photos and information to info@tigsandmoo.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
- Your happiness is our main priority and we will do what we can to ensure you love all of your Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare product purchases.
- To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract in a clear statement by email to info@tigsandmoo.com
- You can return the Products, Goods in an undamaged, unwrapped, unused, unopened condition at your own expense.
- Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare will cover shipping costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of us, but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Tigs & Moo Natural Skincare. We advise that you return your goods using the Signed For delivery option with Royal Mail.
- We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
- When returning the Products or Goods which have been cancelled, you must return the Products to 3c Orchard Way, High Wycombe HP15 6RF without delay and in any event not later than the seven days from the day on which you communicated to us your cancellation of the Products or Goods.
- The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of seven days has expired.
- You agree that you will have to bear the costs of returning the Products and or Goods.
Damaged Goods
- If the Products or Goods when received by you are Damaged or Faulty at the time of sale of those Products please return them within seven days of receiving them.
- In the event of Damaged or Faulty Products or Goods you will be offered an exchange or a full refund after we have received those returned Products or Goods.
- In the event of Damaged or Faulty Products or Goods at the time of sale we will pay in full any and all postage incurred by you.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
- Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regards to your personal information.
- These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our polices, including our privacy policy.
- This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. Data Protection Laws means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) or the GDPR.
b. GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
c. Data Controller, Personal Data and Processing shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR. - Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide Products or Goods to you, and we process that Personal Data in the course of providing the Products or Goods to you, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws:
a. Before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected;
b. We will only Process Personal Data for the purposes identified;
c. We will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data; and
d. We will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure your Personal Data is secure.
